- Your data will be stored in accordance with the Designability Privacy Notice.
- If you decide you would like to withdraw your responses, you can email us.
- If you haven’t shared your name or contact details, we may not be able to identify your data for deletion.
- Designability is a charity. Your responses are confidential. Your identifiable information will not be shared with any organisation including those responsible for services, support or benefits you receive now or in the future.
- If something you share suggests that you or someone else may be at risk, we will follow our adult and child safeguarding policies.
- Responses submitted through this survey are not monitored in real time, so we may not be able to respond immediately to information shared. If you need urgent support, please contact a trusted person or relevant support service.
