Working for Designability

A career at Designability means working as part of a diverse team of product designers, engineers and technicians, fundraisers, occupational therapists, marketeers and administrative staff. We all work closely together with the shared goal to make a difference.

Looking after its employees is important to Designability – supporting everyone to be happy, healthy and enjoy a good work/life balance means that we live our values of being creative, practical and inclusive and in turn meet our mission to create equality of opportunity for disabled people by removing barriers to independence.
