A chance to have your say on life-changing products of the future
The Hive is a network of people which includes those living with a disability, carers or health and care professionals, all of whom are willing to be available to share their ideas and views on our ongoing and new design and development projects.
Who can join?
We welcome anyone who is interested in sharing their experiences of living with a disability, being older, or of being a carer.
The network is also open to individual healthcare professionals willing to share their knowledge and expertise.
You do not need to have any technical or design skills to play a valuable part in our work.
How does it work?
We will contact you about any opportunities to participate in our projects.
The types of activities you could be invited to are
- Focus groups
- Technology or product prototype trials
- Research projects
- Supporting educational activities
These activities may be in person (usually but not exclusively in the Bath/Bristol area) or could be by phone, post or online.
You can decide when you are contacted whether you want to join in or not.
How often will I be contacted?
We may only contact you a few times a year or less, depending on the new design and development projects that arise.
How will my personal information be used?
