Catharine Brown

Chief Executive

Catharine is our Chief Executive and leads the organisation to deliver its mission. She manages the team and is responsible for our finances, all with the goal of helping more people with disabilities and health conditions to live with greater independence.

A bit more about Catharine

Catharine started her career in marketing for companies with well known brands, moving up to run global teams in marketing, sales and customer service. She then switched to working in charities, to use her skills to benefit others, firstly leading fundraising and marketing teams, and then working with charity Boards and management teams on strategy and leadership development.

She is also a trustee on the board of ActionAid UK, the international development charity.

BA (Hons) Industrial Economics

Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma

Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate Coaching and Mentoring
